the breakfast is so subpar for a so-called 'premium' hotel! the noise from the 2nd floor kitchen was absolutely unbearable, and, would have apreciated a complimentary room upgrade. on top of it, corridors looked like they haven’t been dusted in ages. i almost thought of giving them a good review, but just couldn’t.

Had a fantastic time at this hotel with friends! The location is perfect. just a 3-minute walk to the Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre by the lake. The hotel arranged our tours and suggested fun local spots. Breakfast was great, and the staff really went out of their way to help us with everything.
One minor downside was that the hotel infrastructure seemed a bit outdated, which may need refreshing soon.

Great place for a family getaway
Had a lovely experience at a place where the staff really took care of us! ! Special thanks to Zoey, who made us feel welcomed and even packed us some breakfast for our early flight!
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but for what you get, it feels reasonable.

Emerald Waters offers a superb experience for both business and leisure guests. The buffet breakfast was a delightful mix of Asian and Western options with made-to-order dishes, catering to different dietary preferences. The room was spacious and clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. Its prime location in the Old Quarter made it easy to explore nearby attractions, including just a short walk to the lake.
The soundproofing in the room could be improved.

We loved staying here with our two dogs! It was a breeze exploring the nearby Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre just a three-minute walk away, and the breakfast options were unmatched, even with custom hot dishes made to order. The staff arranged a family-friendly tour that made our stay fun and memorable.
In my wife’s opinion, more dog-friendly services would be great.
